Electric Service:  At least three weeks before you move in, call GRU (Gainesville Regional Utilities) at 352.334.3434.   You must have documentation of electric service to pick up your keys.  Bring your deposit receipt when  you come to pick up keys, or email it to us at leasing@sunisland.info. 

For Wireless Internet at Sun Key and Sun Harbor:  To have your service on when you arrive, please provide us with a Login name and password, and a check for $30.00 made to BlueFire.  That is the service fee and a one time $10.00 installation fee.   

For Internet at Sun Bay:  When you have a cable account ($40.00/mo), internet access is only $17.00 additional.   Customers need to provide their own cable modem.  To have your service on when you arrive, please provide us with the mac address of the modem, and a check for $72.00 made out to Blue Skies.  This is the first month's service fee and a $15.00 one time installation fee.
